8 OUT OF 10 ANIMATED CATS – THE COMEDIANS

8 out of 10 Animated Cats is a unique comedy evening where we ask a panel of comedians to take a humorous look at the wonderful world of animation. Hosted by top compere Kevin Precious with internationally acclaimed comedians Yianni Agisilaou, Taylor Glenn and Mickey Sharma.

Yianni Agisilaou

A comic headliner around the world with a mind as sharp as a Ginsu blade, Australian comedian Yianni is the best of both worlds. His smart material and ability to improvise with whatever a room throws at him combine to create a truly unique experience. He regularly performs his own show at the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne comedy festivals.

“A skillfully crafted hour of wonderfully funny family anecdotes told with charm and passion” Time Out

Taylor Glenn

Taylor Glenn is an American comedienne based in the UK. With a background in New York sketch and improv comedy performance, she has quickly established herself on the British and European comedy circuit. Her style has been described as “energetic, sharp, and occasionally edgy.” Mostly she’s just really funny.

“Strap yourselves in – this lady takes you on a comedy rollercoaster.” Lee Sigerson, The Glee Club

Mickey Sharma

Mickey Sharma’s mix of comedy and artistry make him as unique as he is funny. His contagious high energy and catchy material make him a highly regarded standup who regularly appears at Jongleurs, Comedy Cafe and The Glee Club. This year he has also performed at V Festival and Leeds Festival.

“Mickey Sharma has an act that brings that little twist of brilliance, biting comedy with a backbeat and soul.” The Eastern Eye

Kevin Precious

Kevin Precious has had a long and varied showbiz career, appearing at many top comedy clubs across the country including Jongleurs, Comedy Cafe, Comedy Club, and Banana Cabaret. In 2010, Kevin previewed his show ‘Not Appropriate’ at the Brighton Fringe Festival, going on to tour the show nationwide. He can currently be seen as compere at the Funny Side Comedy Club at the Gulbenkian Theatre in Canterbury.

“If he were any more laid back he’d fall over – we fell over laughing.” Evening Standard
